Yes, our favorite school is a major-league baseball team, and we have a lot of friends there, but it is not overrated and we are only a one-hour drive from Boston.
We’ll talk more about that when you get to the part where we talk about whether or not we’d go to Harvard.
But, you know, I don’t think it’s overrated. In fact, I don’t think we’re overrated. It probably isn’t a bad thing, but there are a lot of big-league schools that are less than average, and I don’t think it’s really overrated.
But Harvard is overrated, yes, but the Ivy-League schools that we hear of in our day-to-day lives are not. There are so many schools that are not Ivy or not even big-league that are better than Harvard, but not Harvard. Harvard is good enough.
There are a lot of schools that are not Ivy-League or not even big-league that are better than Harvard. Many of them are not Ivy-League at all, but are also less than average. And the schools that are not Ivy-League are generally less good than Harvard, and they’re not all Ivy-League.
That’s the problem with the Ivy-League. Harvard just isn’t enough. The schools that are really good, more like Ivy League schools, just aren’t good enough. The schools that are good more like Harvard, but not good enough (Ivy-League) are very good. And you can find them in the same cities as Harvard (Ivy-League).
A few of the more recent Ivy League cities have a full history of their own. Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New Jersey and West Virginia are all Ivy-League cities, but New York is not.
