The name is quite fitting for this place. The ramen is definitely the star of the show, and that is a compliment as well. The broth is rich and full of nutrients, the noodles are fresh, and the broth is spicy.
The broth comes in both broth and wakame, and the noodles come in either Japanese or wakame. I think the rice noodles are really the star here. I’m not sure if I’m just being a wussy, or maybe I’m just picky.
